Eligibility and Registration
2.1 Age Requirement
To use any banga service, you must be at least 21+ years old. Minors may not register on this platform under any circumstances. We may request proof of identity for age verification at any time, and if information is found to be false, the account will be closed immediately.
2.2 Registration Terms
Each person may create only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same name, or multiple accounts from the same device or IP address, is strictly prohibited. All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number and email — must be accurate and up to date.

Account Management and Security
3.1 Password and Security
You are responsible for the security of your account. Use a strong password and do not share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our live chat support immediately.
3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
banga may request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. A national identity card, passport or other government-issued document may be required. If documents are not provided within the specified time, we reserve the right to suspend the account.
3.3 Account Closure and Suspension
banga may suspend or permanently close any account for breach of these Terms, suspicion of fraud, or any other reasonable cause. In such cases, a process for returning any valid balance will be followed.
- An administrative fee may apply to inactive accounts (no transactions for 12 consecutive months).
- Users may also request account closure at any time.
- Permanently closed accounts may not be reactivated.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount at banga is ৳100. Accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. When depositing, you must use a mobile financial service account registered in your own name — funds sent from another person's account will not be accepted.

- Deposit amounts are generally credited to the account instantly.
- A record of every deposit transaction is kept and may be verified if needed.
- Deposits made from a third-party account will be returned and administrative action may be taken.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile financial service account used for the deposit, which must be registered in your own name.

- Withdrawal processing is generally completed within 1 hour.
- Large withdrawals may be held if KYC verification is incomplete.

Bonus and Promotion Rules
5.1 Welcome Bonus
The banga welcome bonus is a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus (total balance ৳2,500), and to withdraw you must wager ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000.
5.2 General Terms for Other Promotions
- Each promotion has its own wagering requirements and validity period, which are stated in that promotion's details.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time — unless an exception is stated in the promotion's terms.
- banga reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of suspected or actual bonus abuse.
- A bonus is never cash — it cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
- To receive a banga birthday reward, the registered date of birth must be correct.
- For referral rewards, the referred member must successfully register and make their first deposit.
5.3 Situations Where a Bonus May Be Cancelled
Using multiple accounts, claiming bonuses from the same household or device, or attempting to withdraw before bonus conditions are met will result in cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Rules for Placing Bets
A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled, except via the in-play betting cash-out feature where available. The final decision on accepting or rejecting a bet rests with banga. For bets that remain incomplete due to technical issues, banga will act in accordance with its set rules.
6.2 Sports Betting
- Match results will be determined based on announcements from the relevant sports governing body.
- If a match or event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for the related bet will be refunded.
- If there is suspicion of match fixing or any other irregularity, settlement of the bet may be withheld.
- If any one selection in a multi-bet is found to be incorrect, the entire bet will be considered lost.
6.3 Casino and Slots
All casino games are operated by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is independently audited. The Return to Player (RTP) rate for each game is stated in that game's information section. We ask that you read our responsible gaming guidelines before engaging in betting and casino games.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the banga platform and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

In cases of suspicious activity, banga reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account while an investigation is carried out. During the investigation, additional information may be requested from the member.
Limitation of Liability
8.1 Service Availability
banga aims to provide uninterrupted service at all times, but temporary disruptions may occur due to maintenance, server issues or other reasons. banga will not be liable for any financial loss suffered by a member in such circumstances.
8.2 Technical Issues
If a technical error occurs in displaying game results or settling bets, banga will review the relevant logs and records and make the correct decision. banga reserves the right to cancel bets placed on the basis of clearly incorrect valuations or displayed odds.
8.3 Third-Party Services
Game studios and payment providers are independent third parties. banga is not directly liable for any issues arising from their services, but will endeavour to assist in resolving problems.
- Bets lost or game results caused by issues with the user's own device or internet connection will not be altered.
- banga's maximum liability in any single incident is limited to the member's actual loss.
Intellectual Property and Proprietary Rights
All content on the banga website — logos, graphics, software, text, design and other elements — is the intellectual property of banga or the relevant content provider. No part of this content may be copied, distributed or used without permission, except for personal and non-commercial use.
All content belonging to third-party game developers — such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Evolution and Spribe — is protected by their own intellectual property rights and their own terms and conditions apply.
Changes to Terms and Privacy
